Dr. Shruti Kalra

Dr. Shruti Kalra is a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with about 17 years of experience. She has completed her MPhil and PhD in Clinical Psychology from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) in Bangalore. Post her PhD she has been practicing with the Vidya Sagar Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (VIMHANS) in New Delhi as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist. For the last five years, she has been in private practice.

In her practice she works with adults, couples and families. In her practice she sees clients presenting with clinical symptoms and diagnoses. She also sees clients presenting with relationship issues and looking for self-growth. She uses an integrative therapy framework relying on systemic, emotion focused and cognitive therapy approaches.
In addition to her clinical practice she has facilitated numerous workshops, contributed to different course curriculum as an author and been a clinical supervisor for Interns.
